Albert Short lead this band at the Tivoli Movie Theatre in Chicago during the 1920s. The theatre was located on Cottage Grove Avenue and 61st Street. The theatre went out of business in 1963 and was later torn down. Short also performed at the Capitol Theatre in Chicago during the 1920s.
