Julia Lee re-recorded Won't You Come Over To My House and released it as "Come On Over to My House Baby" in 1944 while singing in Jay McShann's Kansas City Stompers. The record was a big hit and it launched her solo career. In 1947 she had another big hit with the song "Snatch and Grab It" . On this 1929 recording session she is accompanied by her brother's band George E. Lee and his Novelty Singing Orchestra. Julia was a member of the Novelty Singing Orchestra from 1920 to 1935.
