James "Jimmy" Boucher was a black violinist from Jamaica, who played with the Sam Wooding Orchestra in 1925 in Berlin. In the late 1920s, he was
associated with Louis Mitchell's Jazz Kings in Paris.
The personnel on these sessions is unknown but he is thought to have used at least some of Wooding's men on this session. |
