At the end of the year of 1927 Chelsea Quealey, Bobby Davis, and Adrian Rollini of the California Ramblers, left America and joined Fred Elizalde's band in the Savoy Hotel in London on New Year's Eve of 1928. The California Ramblers pianist Jack Russin, arrived six months later. This arrangement lasted until September of 1928.
